AWhiteHorse™ Horses and Equine Art Gallery
The Start of AWhiteHorse™
AWhiteHorse.com™ began as a collection of free, printable coloring books for children in the fall of 1995. As a volunteer art teacher in Washington State, Stacey enjoyed showing children how to draw, and teaching them about Arabian horses at the same time.

Muscastar Son standing in Utah
I love participating on Facebook. You get to meet so many amazing horse breeders there, who seem to specialize in standing good, well bred, well conformed, "non-fad" stallions. Stallions that sire real quality, and deliver an outstanding value for their stud fee. Here's a perfect example. Purebred Arabian "Muscastar Son", sired by the marvelous Muscastar, (by *Muscat,) and out of a Kaborr daughter. I saw Kaborr in person many years ago, and he is a perfect choice for Ferzon bred, or CMK mares. Kaborr was a stallion ahead of his time, with the type and conformation suitable for European competition and sport horse studbooks. Add the crosses to Ga'Zi and Ferzon, and you've given even more beauty and width to the face, something needed by many of today's Arabian mares. Muscastar Son is a worthy example of the best things from both sides of his pedigree. If you're a fan of true working Arabians like we are, be sure and visit the Double Starz Ranch website to see more photos of their sport horse Arabian horse breeding program.
Artist Statement: Stacey Mayer
A Seattle native, my paintings are echoes from my life and dreams. Images of Northwest animals, people, places, and wild beaches. Soft fog, floating over the south pastures of Marysville
in the morning, or the deep purple of twilight, along the wild shores of Ozette Lake, and lingering beside the base of White Horse Mountain. I love exploring the outdoors, and continue to learn about color palettes and patterns from our local landscapes every day. My sculptures also incorporate the Northwest's softened and bright colors, through the use of the locally developed acrylic/cement admixture, 'Milestone'. My drawings and paintings are best known through the colorful equine art I post online, and as donations to charitable childrens, pets, or equine group fund raisers. I look forward to sharing my impressions of the Northwest with you. Dream with me.
Prancing Arabian Cast in Resin

Hello, everybody! As you know, we're working on several of my sculptures to use as jewelry pendants, brooches, etc., and we're creating the molds ourselves. We patiently waited for more of the silicone molds to cure over last weekend. Then, we carefully poured the clear, or black resin into the molds. After several more hours, they were firm enough to release. We all gathered to see what the horses would look like. They just sparkled! What a thrill to see them come to life. The little Arabian horse sculptures came out so well. I'm so happy to see them pop out of the molds so beautifully. It's a time intensive process, but the rewards have made it worthwhile.
