Words of text supplied by the client via email, on disc, or Postal Service. Each web "page" will be approximately the equivalent of a printed 8 ½ by 11 inch normal sheet of paper. Pages that are of an additional size may be subject to additional fees, especially if the excess is graphics or requires special formatting. It's always best to make two pages, instead of one very long web page. If you need us to write your ad campaigns or other content, please call us.

All Custom Graphics Package. Masthead graphic on first page (simple custom graphic incorporating company logo). Top-of-page graphic for all other pages in your website. Colorful lines or bullets, and colored and textured background. Custom graphics are available, including incorporating your logo into the page. Logo design is available, but not included in this agreement, please refer to this page for further information. Stock graphics appearing on other sites may not be used on AWH. All graphics on AWH are original to this site; we do not use buttons, backgrounds, etc. found commonly on the Web. All custom graphics remain the property of AWhiteHorse™.

Photos and other misc. graphic images to be supplied by client (up to an average of 2 included per page in standard Web sites in addition to masthead or top-of-page graphic. Color originals larger than 5" x 8" are extra). Original photography done by AWhiteHorse™ is billed per job on an individual basis. All AWhiteHorse™ photography is done with digital cameras and results only in computer graphics, not in paper pictures. Photos will not appear on the finished Web Pages over 3 inches in height without special permission and possibly incurring added costs; larger photos make slow loading pages. Keeping each page fast loading will be considered first.

E-mail response link on each Web page to any e-mail address the client designates. Links to internal AWH pages as is included in each package, see the AWH Rates Pages for more details.

Minor updates and changes to existing Web pages for six months. (Includes up to one hour per page total per 6 months, subject to the limits outlined below. Additional changes billed at hourly rate.)

Site publicity to 6 major search engines is included. AWH is listed in over 600 Search Engines who regulary roll through all pages of this site, therefore automatically listing each site over time. We are experts at Search Engine Submissions and we are glad to share our expertise with you. Additional search engines submissions for $75 package rate. This ensures personal and tailored key-word specification for each client.
