What is Ribbons for Reform?
Stickers - to vests.
Ribbons for Reform is a movement initiated to
bring about seriously needed changes in the Arabian Horse Community. It was initiated
to draw attention to any physical and drug induced abuse, to protest classes that are not
judged according to class specifications, to protest the improper and sometimes misleading
advertising of our horses, and to work together at presenting the Arabian horse as a horse
for all seasons and all reasons.
It's time for us to work together regardless of bloodline preferences, to work for the
good of the entire Arabian community and ultimately for the good of our beautiful Arabian horses.
We encourage the many trainers, owners and breeders who are stepping forward to lead the
way in seeing that these changes come about.
Ribbons for Reform supports the
efforts of every Club, trainer, owner, and rider working to return our
breed to a vibrant and healthy atmosphere in the breeding barn, and show ring alike.
Thank you.
